David Clark K10 Helmet Kit

Series K10 Helmet Kit provides the ability to convert David Clark Company Over-the-Head style Headsets (H10-36 pictured, but will also work with the H10-13H)  into a Helmet/Headset Assembly. This unique combination provides both impact and hearing protection, in addition to clear, crisp communication in high-noise environments. 

David Clark Company Series K10 Helmet Kits have three components: a suspension liner and an energy absorbing helmet shell with a protective nape pad.

The suspension liner is made from cotton/polyester cloth and nylon mesh, which provides excellent ventilation. The shell is made from a high-strength, lightweight, injection-moulded nylon and then reinforced with energy-absorbing impact pads. The nape pad is a rubber sponge with a soft black leather covering.

The K10 Helmet accommodates universal 3-Snap Visor/Face Shield Assemblies that are commercially available (we don't supply these)

These are a great idea for helicopter ground support crew or loaders.  They are cheaper, lighter and more comfortable than a helicopter helmet.  They offer better visibility and are a lower profile so they don't hinder working in confined areas.
