While it's often better to replace aging components with new systems, that's not always practical.  Talk to us for a frank evaluation of your repair options before making that decision.  Sometimes it's good to just know that the component is or isn't faulty before spending thousands on a new replacement.

South Pacific Avionics is New Zealand's Authorised Service Centre for Bose Aviation Headsets including the A20, A30 and Pro Flight models. 

We carry a large inventory of parts for these headset to ensure a speedy turn around.  Our engineers have undergone factory training to ensure the headset is returned to you in optimal condition.

Battery capcity testsing and overhaul. 

This service is very popular and possibly the most thorough on offer in the region.  Our NiCD testing facility includes computer monitoring and graphing of all cells under charge and discharge conditions.  This level of monitoring gives operators the reasurance that their battery will continue to perform through to the next scheduled maintenance.  Nothing ruins your budget like a hot start due to a weak battery.

Servo Clutch Inspections.

Many aircraft manufacturer's speify a routine check of the autopilot's servo clutch output torques.  This procedure involves rigging the servo in a specialised fixture, energising the clutch and motor and recording the torque applied.  Clutch torque changes over time due to wear and contamination.  Incorrectly set clutches can make it hard to override the autopilot in an emergency or reduce the autopilot's control authority.
