Shipping Information

Shipping Options:

All orders that are shipping within New Zealand are sent by New Zealand Couriers 'Overnight' Service.  The actual delivery time can be longer.  Factors like remote area and environmental conditions may cause delays.  If you prefer to use another shipping method, please let us know in the comments section of the order.  We will always do our best to accomodate.  Remember that not all courier companies offer the same level of service in all areas.  Our preference for NZ Couriers is based on the level of service we receive for pickups.

Delivery Timeframes:

Orders placed before mid day will generally ship out the same day.  

Order Processing:

Please note that not all items, or variations of items, are in stock all the time.  If an item you have ordered is not in stock, we will be in touch to confirm the delivery schedule is acceptable to you before authorisng any charges to your credit card.  If you have already paid by bank transfer and are unhappy with the delivery schedule, any money paid will be refunded, in full, imediately.   The situation of items listed in stock on the website and not actually being in stock happens extremely infrequently.

International Shipping:

Please contact us prior to placing an order from outside New Zealand.  Credit cards are generally not accepted for international orders.  NZ GST will not be charged if we are shipping overseas.  We may charge a processing or handling fee on small overseas orders.  Please talk to us first.

Order Tracking:

You will receive an email with tracking data once the order has shipped.

Returns and Cancellations:

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please complete the RMA form.  Or you can give us a call or email to discuss.  The customer will be responsible for returning the item in its original packaging and an undamaged condition.  If the return is due to an error caused by SPA or if the item didn't work out of the box, we will cover the cost of shipping, otherwise the cost of return is the purchasers responsibility. 

Delivery Issues:

Please notify us immediately if there are any signs of damage caused by packing or shipping.  Do not sign for a package that is visibly damaged.
