Tyco Raychem M83519/2 Solder Sleeve with Pigtail

Solder Sleeves provide a cost and time effective way to terminate the shield of M22750 type mil spec wire.  

These will reduce your installation time and provide a more reliable job.  The low temperature solder prevents damage to the insulation of shielded wiring.  

When our engineers first started using these, we (the management) were a little skeptical, our first thoughts were; more expense, more tooling, more training, what was wrong with the old way? I can assure you, we have never looked back, this has quite simply proven to be one of the best decisions the team ever made.  

The only additional tooling you will require is a good temperature controlled heat gun like the Steinel HL-2310-LCD and a set of shielded cable wire strippers like the Ideal 45163.
